If you’re seeking assistance, please provide as much information as possible about your situation so we can better understand your needs. Our virtual assistant, Rachel, helps gather information so our team can respond as quickly as possible. Every request is reviewed by a member of our team. While we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to provide assistance in every situation, we promise that every request will be treated with compassion and carefully considered. If we’re unable to help directly, we’ll do our best to connect you with other resources whenever possible. Our goal is to help you explore the best options available for you and your pet.

Every request is different. Because we’re a volunteer-driven organization with limited resources, we can’t promise we’ll be able to assist in every situation. What we can promise is that every request will be reviewed with compassion, and if we’re unable to help directly, we’ll do our best to connect you with other resources whenever possible.
Do you accept owner surrenders?
Every situation is unique. Contact us to discuss your circumstances, and we’ll help you explore the options available.
Do you have a shelter I can visit?
Not yet. Bartow Rescue & Resources is currently a foster-based organization. Our dogs live in loving foster homes while they wait for their forever families.
Can I volunteer if I can't foster?
Absolutely! We have many volunteer opportunities that don’t involve fostering, and we’d be happy to help you find a role that matches your interests and availability.

Bartow Rescue & Resources proudly serves Bartow County and the surrounding communities. While our primary focus is Bartow County, we’ll always do our best to connect people with helpful resources whenever possible.
Emergency Notice
If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital immediately. If you’ve found an injured stray animal, contact your local Animal Control agency or local law enforcement if immediate assistance is required.
